Sue’s Famous Egg Bake Breakfast Casserole

6 eggs whisked
Add:
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquik
1 Tbs dried onion flakes
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp spinach and herb seasoning
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

And your choice of sausage, mushrooms, peppers, ham, broccoli, diced tomatoes, etc.
Mix all together and pour into a 9X13 baking dish sprayed with Pam
Top with another 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Bake 350 degrees about 45-60 min. Done when the center is set.



Brenda’s Delicious Overnight, Slow Cooker, Apple Cinnamon Steel-Cut Oatmeal

Spray the crockpot with cooking spray unless you have a hammer and chisel to clean it with.

Add:
2 large apples, peeled and cut into ½” chunks
3 cups skim milk
4 cups water
2 cups steel cut oats
4 tablespoons brown sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
Optional garnishes: chopped nuts, raisins, bananas, maple syrup, additional milk or butter

Cook for 6 hours and enjoy. Makes 8 servings and can be refrigerated for the next day
